Go Uns is a map-first social presence app for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: a living heat map where heat means real people nearby. You check in to a place to see roughly how many people are there and chat. Check-in is visible by default — your name, photo, and the place you checked into are shown to other signed-in users — and for any check-in you can instead choose hidden (you are counted in the aggregate and never shown individually). We built these controls into the product itself, not just this document. This policy explains what we collect, what we deliberately refuse to collect, why, and the rights you have under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/19 of 1443H) and its Implementing Regulations ("PDPL").
The data controller responsible for your personal data is the operator of Go Uns ("the Company").
The Company determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is your point of contact for any privacy request.
Go Uns is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. The App involves location-based discovery of strangers, shown and hidden presence modes, and user-generated content (chat and photos). It is not designed or directed at children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. See Section 11.
We practice data minimization: we collect only what the App genuinely needs to function. Specifically:
1. Account identifier. A randomly generated account identifier issued at sign-up. It is not itself your name, phone number, or email, and it does not on its own identify you to other users or to the public.
2. Location. To find places near you, your device sends your precise location to our servers, where it is used to answer that request and then discarded — it is not written to our records. What other people can see is never precise: the map and any presence shown to others are based on an approximate area of around one (1) kilometre, and a shown check-in shows the venue you checked into, not your GPS position. The one exception is a trip you deliberately share, which stores the coordinates you chose to send, for as long as that share lasts.
3. Presence and check-ins. The fact that you are currently "in" a place, used to compute aggregate counts and the live heat map. Live presence is transient and used in aggregate; when you check in to a place, that check-in is recorded against your account and retained for the life of your account (see Sections 6 and 7).
4. Messages, Moments and direct messages. Content you choose to create — chat messages in a place ("room"), any photos or videos you post ("Moments"), and your direct messages: one-to-one and small-group conversations inside Go Uns, including the message text, voice notes and any photos or videos you attach, together with the list of people you have an open conversation with. Message text is stored encrypted at rest; voice notes and media are kept as files in private storage and served only to the people in that conversation. This is user-generated content you actively submit.
5. Identity details you give at registration. Your date of birth, your name, and your gender. We use your date of birth to confirm you are 18 or older and to keep the App age-appropriate; your name is how friends recognise you; gender is used only for the aggregate, non-identifying "mix" shown for a place, and only above the threshold in Section 4. These are stored with your account and deleted when you delete your account.
6. Device basics. Limited technical data needed to run and secure the App — device/OS type, app version, language, a push token (if you enable notifications), and security/diagnostic logs (e.g., crash data, abuse-prevention signals).
You sign in with a recoverable method — an email address, phone number, or supported sign-in provider — so your account and history can be restored across devices. Sign-in details are used for authentication and account recovery and are never shown to other users. We do not ask for your national ID.
Privacy by design means some data is refused on purpose:
Under the PDPL, we process personal data only for the purposes below, each with a stated legal basis:

Where we rely on consent (e.g., location access, push notifications, posting content), you may withdraw it at any time (Section 9). Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may limit features that depend on that data.
Because these are core promises of Go Uns, we restate them as binding commitments:
1. Presence is shown only as you choose. Your individual presence appears to other users only through a check-in you make yourself, in the mode you selected — shown (the default: your name, photo and the place visible to other signed-in users) or hidden (you are counted in the aggregate and never shown individually). For anyone who has not checked in with a shown check-in, what other users see about a place is an aggregate count only. We do not expose "who" is somewhere beyond what each person chose to show.
2. 8-person demographic threshold. Demographic mix for a place is revealed only when 8 or more people are present, specifically to prevent re-identification of any single person.
3. Look-away stores nothing. Browsing the map without entering a place creates no stored personal record.
These guarantees are enforced in the product's design and data model, not merely as policy.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymize it:
When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for the limited safety purposes above.
We do not sell your personal data for money. To keep Go Uns free, we may use your information to show and measure advertising, and we may share limited information with advertising and measurement partners as described below. We never reveal your individual real-time presence or exact location to advertisers or to other users.
We share data only as follows:
We do not sell your personal data for money. Where we use or share information for advertising, we do so on the lawful bases in Section 5 (your consent and/or our legitimate interest in operating a free service), and you may withdraw consent or limit ad personalization at any time (Sections 9–10).
Subject to the PDPL and its conditions, you have the right to:
1. Be informed — know what data we process and why (this policy).
2. Access — request a copy of your personal data we hold.
3. Correct — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated.
4. Delete — request deletion of your personal data, including by deleting your account, subject to legal/safety retention.
5. Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you gave (e.g., location, notifications, content), without affecting prior lawful processing.
6. Request destruction of data no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
7. Complain to SDAIA — lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent supervisory authority, if you believe your data has been mishandled.
To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@gouns.net. We will respond within the period required by the PDPL. We may verify your control of the relevant account before acting. Exercising these rights is free unless a request is manifestly excessive or repetitive.
Go Uns is primarily a mobile app. We use limited on-device local storage, identifiers, and similar technologies to:
Any web pages we operate may use necessary, analytics, and advertising technologies. We use limited identifiers to personalize and measure ads; we do not sell your personal data for money, and you can manage ad personalization in Settings or clear local storage via your device/app settings (though this may sign you out or reset preferences).
Go Uns is for adults aged 18 and over only. You must confirm you are 18+ to use the App, and we use the date of birth you give at registration to confirm you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated personal data. If you believe a minor is using Go Uns, contact privacy@gouns.net.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, the data-minimization choices described above (no stored precise GPS location, individual presence shown only as each user chooses), and monitoring for abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but minimizing what we collect is itself a core safeguard: data we never collect cannot be breached. If a personal-data breach occurs that meets the legal threshold, we will notify SDAIA and affected users as required by the PDPL.
Go Uns operates in and is directed at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We seek to process and store personal data consistent with the PDPL's data-transfer rules. Our hosting provider (Supabase, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure) and certain other service providers process data outside the Kingdom. We are working to complete the contractual safeguards (data-processing agreements and standard contractual clauses, together with transfer risk assessments) that the PDPL's data-transfer provisions require for these transfers; this safeguards program is in progress and not yet complete. You may contact us to ask where your data is processed.
We may update this policy as the App or the law evolves. We will post the updated version in the App with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after an update means you have read the revised policy. Where the law requires fresh consent, we will ask for it.
For any privacy question or to exercise your rights:
This policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the PDPL and its Implementing Regulations, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom.

نطاق التطبيق: تطبيق Go Uns للهواتف المحمولة والخدمات المرتبطة به ("Go Uns"، "التطبيق"، "نحن"، "نا").
Go Uns تطبيق اجتماعي قائم على الخريطة للحضور المباشر في المملكة العربية السعودية: خريطة حرارية حيّة، حيث تعني الحرارة وجود أشخاص حقيقيين بالقرب منك. تسجّل حضورك في مكان لترى تقريبًا عدد الأشخاص الموجودين فيه وتتحدث معهم. تسجيل الحضور ظاهرٌ بشكل افتراضي — يظهر اسمك وصورتك والمكان الذي سجّلت حضورك فيه للمستخدمين المسجّلين الآخرين — ويمكنك في أي تسجيل حضور اختيار الوضع المخفي (تُحتسب ضمن العدد التجميعي ولا تظهر بشكل فردي أبداً). لقد بنينا هذه الخيارات في صميم المنتج نفسه، لا في هذه الوثيقة فحسب. توضّح هذه السياسة ما الذي نجمعه، وما الذي نرفض جمعه عمدًا، ولماذا، والحقوق المكفولة لك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (المرسوم الملكي رقم م/19 لعام 1443هـ) ولائحته التنفيذية ("النظام").
جهة التحكم المسؤولة عن بياناتك الشخصية هي مشغّل تطبيق Go Uns ("الشركة").
تحدّد الشركة أغراض ووسائل معالجة بياناتك الشخصية، وهي نقطة التواصل لأي طلب يتعلق بالخصوصية.
تطبيق Go Uns مخصّص حصريًا للمستخدمين البالغين 18 عامًا فأكثر. يتضمن التطبيق اكتشاف الغرباء بناءً على الموقع، وأوضاع حضور ظاهرة ومخفية، ومحتوى من إنشاء المستخدم (محادثات وصور). وهو غير مُصمّم ولا موجّه للأطفال، ولا ننشئ حسابات عن علم لأي شخص دون 18 عامًا. انظر القسم 11.
نلتزم بتقليل البيانات إلى الحد الأدنى: لا نجمع إلا ما يحتاجه التطبيق فعليًا ليعمل، وتحديدًا:
1. معرّف الحساب. معرّف حساب يُولَّد عشوائيًا عند التسجيل. وهو ليس بذاته اسمك أو رقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني، ولا يحدّد هويتك بمفرده للمستخدمين الآخرين أو للعامة.
2. الموقع. للعثور على الأماكن القريبة منك، يرسل جهازك موقعك الدقيق إلى خوادمنا، حيث يُستخدم للإجابة على ذلك الطلب ثم يُتلف — ولا يُكتب في سجلاتنا. أمّا ما يراه الآخرون فليس دقيقاً أبداً: تعتمد الخريطة وأي حضور يظهر للآخرين على نطاق تقريبي يقارب كيلومتراً واحداً (1 كم)، وتسجيل الحضور الظاهر يعرض المكان الذي سجّلت فيه لا موقع جهازك. والاستثناء الوحيد رحلة تشاركها عمداً، فتُحفظ الإحداثيات التي اخترت إرسالها طوال مدة تلك المشاركة.
3. الحضور وتسجيلات الحضور. حقيقة وجودك حاليًا "داخل" مكانٍ ما، يُستخدم لحساب الأعداد التجميعية والخريطة الحرارية الحيّة. الحضور الحيّ عابر ويُستخدم بشكل تجميعي؛ وعند تسجيل حضورك في مكان، يُسجَّل ذلك على حسابك ويُحتفظ به طوال عمر حسابك (انظر القسمين 6 و7).
4. الرسائل واللحظات والرسائل المباشرة. المحتوى الذي تختار إنشاءه — رسائل المحادثة داخل المكان ("الغرفة")، وأي صور أو مقاطع تنشرها ("اللحظات")، ورسائلك المباشرة: المحادثات الثنائية والجماعية الصغيرة داخل أُنس، بما فيها نص الرسالة والرسائل الصوتية وأي صور أو مقاطع ترفقها، إضافةً إلى قائمة الأشخاص الذين لديك معهم محادثة مفتوحة. يُخزَّن نص الرسائل مشفَّرًا، وتُحفظ الرسائل الصوتية والوسائط كملفات في تخزين خاص لا تُقدَّم إلا لأطراف تلك المحادثة. هذا محتوى من إنشاء المستخدم تقدّمه أنت بإرادتك.
5. بيانات التعريف التي تقدّمها عند التسجيل. تاريخ ميلادك، واسمك، وجنسك. نستخدم تاريخ الميلاد للتأكد من أنك تبلغ 18 عاماً أو أكثر وللحفاظ على ملاءمة التطبيق للفئة العمرية؛ ويُستخدم اسمك ليعرفك أصدقاؤك؛ ويُستخدم الجنس فقط ضمن "المزيج" التجميعي غير المُعرِّف الذي يظهر للمكان، وفوق الحد المذكور في القسم 4 فحسب. وتُحفظ هذه البيانات مع حسابك وتُحذف عند حذفه.
6. أساسيات الجهاز. بيانات تقنية محدودة لازمة لتشغيل التطبيق وتأمينه — نوع الجهاز/نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، اللغة، رمز الإشعارات (إذا فعّلتها)، وسجلات أمنية/تشخيصية (مثل بيانات الأعطال وإشارات منع إساءة الاستخدام).
تسجّل دخولك بوسيلة قابلة للاستعادة — بريد إلكتروني أو رقم هاتف أو مزوّد تسجيل دخول معتمد — حتى يمكن استعادة حسابك وسجلّك عبر الأجهزة. وتُستخدم بيانات تسجيل الدخول للمصادقة واستعادة الحساب فقط، ولا تُعرض أبدًا للمستخدمين الآخرين. ولا نطلب هويتك الوطنية.
تعني الخصوصية بالتصميم أن بعض البيانات تُرفض عن قصد:

وحيث نعتمد على الموافقة (مثل الوصول إلى الموقع، والإشعارات، ونشر المحتوى)، يمكنك سحبها في أي وقت (القسم 9). لا يؤثر السحب على المعالجة التي تمّت قبله، وقد يحدّ من الميزات المعتمِدة على تلك البيانات.
لأن هذه وعود جوهرية في Go Uns، نعيد تأكيدها كالتزامات مُلزِمة:
1. الحضور يظهر بخيارك فقط. لا يظهر حضورك الفردي للمستخدمين الآخرين إلا عبر تسجيل حضور تقوم به بنفسك وبالوضع الذي اخترته — ظاهر (الافتراضي: يظهر اسمك وصورتك والمكان للمستخدمين المسجّلين الآخرين)، أو مخفي (تُحتسب ضمن العدد التجميعي ولا تظهر بشكل فردي أبداً). أمّا من لم يسجّل حضورًا ظاهرًا، فلا يرى المستخدمون الآخرون عنه سوى عدد تجميعي. لا نكشف "من" يوجد في مكان بما يتجاوز ما اختار كل شخص إظهاره.
2. حد الـ8 أشخاص للديموغرافيا. لا يُكشف المزيج الديموغرافي لمكان إلا عند وجود 8 أشخاص أو أكثر، تحديدًا لمنع إعادة التعرّف على أي شخص بمفرده.
3. إشاحة النظر لا تخزّن شيئًا. تصفّح الخريطة دون الدخول إلى مكان لا ينشئ أي سجل شخصي مخزَّن.
هذه الضمانات مُطبَّقة في تصميم المنتج ونموذج بياناته، وليست مجرد نص في سياسة.
نحتفظ بالبيانات الشخصية بالقدر اللازم للغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله فقط، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة المصدر:
عند حذف حسابك، نحذف بياناتك الشخصية أو نجعلها مجهولة بشكل لا رجعة فيه خلال مدة معقولة، ما لم يكن الاحتفاظ مطلوبًا نظامًا أو لأغراض السلامة المحدودة أعلاه.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية مقابل المال. لإبقاء أُنس مجانيًا، قد نستخدم معلوماتك لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها، وقد نشارك معلومات محدودة مع شركاء الإعلان والقياس كما هو موضّح أدناه. ولا نكشف أبدًا حضورك الفردي اللحظي أو موقعك الدقيق للمعلنين أو للمستخدمين الآخرين.
نشارك البيانات فقط على النحو التالي:
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية مقابل المال. وحيثما نستخدم البيانات أو نشاركها لأغراض الإعلان، نفعل ذلك بناءً على الأسس النظامية في القسم 5 (موافقتك و/أو مصلحتنا المشروعة في تشغيل خدمة مجانية)، ويمكنك سحب الموافقة أو تقييد تخصيص الإعلانات في أي وقت (القسمان 9–10).
مع مراعاة النظام وشروطه، يحق لك:
1. العلم — معرفة ما نعالجه من بيانات ولماذا (هذه السياسة).
2. الوصول — طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها.
3. التصحيح — تصحيح أو تحديث البيانات غير الدقيقة أو غير المكتملة.
4. الحذف — طلب حذف بياناتك الشخصية، بما في ذلك بحذف حسابك، مع مراعاة الاحتفاظ النظامي/المتعلق بالسلامة.
5. سحب الموافقة — سحب أي موافقة قدّمتها (مثل الموقع، الإشعارات، المحتوى)، دون التأثير على المعالجة المشروعة السابقة.
6. طلب الإتلاف للبيانات التي لم تعد لازمة للغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله.
7. التظلّم لدى سدايا — تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، الجهة الإشرافية المختصة، إذا رأيت أن بياناتك عُولجت بشكل غير سليم.
لممارسة أي حق، تواصل معنا على privacy@gouns.net. سنردّ خلال المدة التي يفرضها النظام. وقد نتحقق من سيطرتك على الحساب المعني قبل التنفيذ. وممارسة هذه الحقوق مجانية ما لم يكن الطلب مفرطًا أو متكررًا بشكل ظاهر.
Go Uns تطبيق محمول بالأساس. نستخدم تخزينًا محليًا محدودًا على الجهاز وتقنيات مشابهة من أجل:
وقد تستخدم أي صفحات ويب نشغّلها تخزينًا ضروريًا للغاية وتحليلات أساسية. نستخدم مُعرّفات محدودة لتخصيص الإعلانات وقياسها؛ ولا نبيع بياناتك مقابل المال، ويمكنك إدارة تخصيص الإعلانات من الإعدادات. ويمكنك مسح التخزين المحلي عبر إعدادات جهازك/التطبيق، وإن كان ذلك قد يخرجك من الحساب أو يعيد ضبط التفضيلات.
Go Uns مخصّص للبالغين 18 عامًا فأكثر فقط. يجب أن تؤكّد أنك بلغت 18 عامًا لاستخدام التطبيق، ونستخدم تاريخ الميلاد الذي تقدّمه عند التسجيل للتأكد من أنك تبلغ 18 عامًا أو أكثر. ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات شخصية ممن هم دون 18 عامًا. وإذا علمنا أن حسابًا يخصّ شخصًا دون 18 عامًا، فسنغلقه ونحذف البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن قاصرًا يستخدم Go Uns، فتواصل على privacy@gouns.net.
نتّخذ تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك، تشمل التشفير أثناء النقل، وضوابط الوصول، وخيارات تقليل البيانات الموضّحة أعلاه (لا تخزين لإحداثيات GPS الدقيقة، وحضور فردي لا يظهر إلا بخيار صاحبه)، ومراقبة الإساءة. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، لكن تقليل ما نجمعه هو في ذاته ضمانة جوهرية: فالبيانات التي لا نجمعها أصلًا لا يمكن اختراقها. وفي حال وقوع تسرّب للبيانات الشخصية يبلغ الحد النظامي، فسنبلّغ سدايا والمستخدمين المتضررين وفق ما يقتضيه النظام.
يعمل Go Uns داخل المملكة العربية السعودية وموجّه لها. ونسعى لمعالجة البيانات الشخصية وتخزينها بما يتوافق مع قواعد نقل البيانات في النظام. ويعالج مزوّد الاستضافة لدينا (Supabase على بنية Amazon Web Services) وبعض مزوّدي الخدمة الآخرين بيانات خارج المملكة. ونعمل حاليًا على استكمال الضمانات التعاقدية (اتفاقيات معالجة البيانات والبنود التعاقدية القياسية، مع تقييمات مخاطر النقل) التي تتطلبها أحكام نقل البيانات في النظام؛ وهذا البرنامج قيد الإنجاز ولم يكتمل بعد. ويمكنك التواصل معنا للاستفسار عن مكان معالجة بياناتك.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطوّر التطبيق أو الأنظمة. وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة داخل التطبيق مع تاريخ "آخر تحديث" جديد، وفي حال التغييرات الجوهرية سنقدّم إشعارًا أبرز. ويعني استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث أنك اطّلعت على السياسة المعدّلة. وحيث يقتضي النظام موافقة جديدة، سنطلبها.
لأي استفسار يتعلق بالخصوصية أو لممارسة حقوقك:
تخضع هذه السياسة وأي نزاع متعلق بها لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحته التنفيذية، وتختص بها المحاكم والجهات المختصة في المملكة.
